It’s another week and I’m still at it. Working on the body is alot of hard work but over all I feel stronger, healthy and finally my clothes are starting to fit better. I’m a wardrobe collector so the pieces I have in my closet are fitted to my frame perfectly making it even more important to stay in shape. The video I’m sharing with you today really targets that sneaky little area at the waistline that’s the first to come and the last to go. The candle sticks were easy compared to that folding plank.
