Well I don’t know about you but I am paying for all the party food I ate this weekend. I’m really not into torture routines but I really have to get a good workout today. This one mixes a little Yoga and Pilates into one routine. I really enjoyed it and felt energized for a Monday. I’m running off to get ready for my show on New Music Monday (come join me here) but wanted to share my workout with you. Drink lots of water today to hydrate that skin, cut out the sugar today (it takes away that glow) and eat a piece of fruit instead and enjoy the workout.
