Woohoo! This workout really shaped up my lower half today. I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I did the workout. Do this video a couple of times and then the Ab workout below and you’ll really feel a difference. They are short and the moves switch up just enough to keep your attention. Going on a beach walk later after my show airs (here- New Music Monday) at 10 am est. Now it’s time for a banana protein shake. Yummy!
