Recipe 1: Skinny Milkshake Recipe
Cal: 80 Fat:0

  • 2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream or fat free frozen yogurt

  • 1/4 cup fat free milk

  • 1 tbsp sugar or a packet of Stevia substitute

  • 16 ozs strawberries (hulled)

Recipe 2: Strawberry Fruit Yogurt Smoothie
Cal: 250 Fat: 6g

  • 1/2 bananas

  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 cup low-fat milk

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 11/2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches (or pineapple)

     

Recipe 3: Berry Ice Cream Shake
Cal: 180 Fat: 5g

  • Berry 2 cups low-fat milk

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream ? Tasty tip

  • 1/4 cup sugar or a packet of Stevia sugar substitute

  • 2 cups ice

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (China cinnamon is best)
