Wow! That was intense. Do it once and you’ll feel a difference, do this Ab workout twice and you’ll SEE the difference. I really enjoyed this workout today. So far I’ve lost 2inches off my waist line and my ab muscles are so much stronger and tighter from the workouts. Best of all, I didn’t have to give up chocolate to do it. LoL.. Mix this up with an arm workout today and you’ll be done for the day. Xo, Blondi
