Blondi Talks Tran-Seasonal Shades

Why is Lavender Tran-seasonal?
Tran-seasonal is really a fashion term for pieces that can be worn for more than one season. If you want to get more wear out of your wardrobe pieces, you should look for great colors that work in warm or cool weather. I am crazy about lavender right now. The beauty is in the colors versatility — it’s a trans-seasonal shade that can be paired with everything from crisp white in summer to winter grey in winter. You can wear this skirt dressed down, with a simple tee, and a chic jacket or dressed up, like I am here with an interesting top and just add some polished accessories.

Why I love long skirts?
Long skirt silhouettes will always make you look taller and leaner especially when worn with a nude colored heel. I have found that a great long skirt in just the right shape can be worn for virtually any occasion. It’s an appropriate length for the work place and a comfortable length for casual weekend shopping with flats and a tee. The longer length also makes a perfect travel companion when you are looking to take pieces with you that give you the most wardrobe options while taking up less space in your travel bag.

What are you wearing in this picture?
I’m wearing the JOELLE Maxi Skirt in lavender. One of my favorite new arrivals to . I will be wearing this skirt year-round. It’s made from an extremely comfortable stretch matte jersey — perfect for now — but as the temperature cools, it goes just as well with layered pieces like sweaters and jackets both short and long.
